The Board and Staff

Destination Phillip Island Regional Tourism Board evolved in April 2013. The previous campaign committee was transformed to a Skill Based board to deliver a range of strategies as set by the State Government for Regional Tourism Boards across Victoria.

Skills based appointments are made through an application and interview process. A panel made up of representation from Local Government, Visit Victoria and the Board process the applications and host the interviews with recommendations being made to the Board.

These are volunteer positions, there is a reimbursement for travel expenses based on the ATO published rate.
